Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 3/4 tsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- hamburger buns, split and toasted - 6 item
- thin slices cooked pork - 12 item
How to make barbecued pork sandwiches:
In a medium skillet, cook onion, celery and garlic in margarine until tender, but not brown. Stir in ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, salt and pepper.
