Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- garlic clove - 1 tsp
How to make barbecue sauce:
Cook over low heat until thick and vegetables are done. Cook large beef roast; shred and add to barbecue sauce. Serve on buns.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Southern u.s., Cajun.
