- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 4 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- beef chuck roast - 1 (4
- barbecue sauce smoky - 1 c
- rolls or buns - 1 item
How to make barbecued beef:
Place beef in a Dutch oven. Combine all remaining ingredients except rolls; pour over beef. Cover and bake at 350° for 5 hours, turning beef occasionally.Shred beef with a fork. Serve on rolls or buns. Yield: 24 servings.
