- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- pork chops - 12 item
How to make barbecued pork chops:
Combine mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper, catsup, vinegar and water for sauce; mix well. Arrange pork chops in shallow dish; pour sauce over chops. Bake uncovered at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Southern u.s..
