- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- Burgundy wine - 1 c
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- boneless beef, cubed - 2 lb
How to make easy beef burgundy:
Place all ingredients in a 3 to 4-quart casserole. Cover tightly and bake 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Do not open lid or stir before checking for doneness at 3 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
