Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- quick cooking oatmeal - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, oatmeal and milk in bowl. Shape into balls. Brown in hot skillet and place in baking dish. Blend brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and catsup, mixing well. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350°Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
