- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- slices loaf bread - 4 item
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Moisten bread with small amount of water or milk. Mix with beef. Form into small meatballs; brown. Brown chopped onion in fat. Add other ingredients. Pour over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes or until meatballs are done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
