Barbecue spareribs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- grape jelly - 1 c
- spareribs - 5 lb
How to make barbecue spareribs:
Cook ribs until tender in water and 2 tsp. salt. Drain. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together. Heat over low fire until jelly is melted. Cook 5 minutes. Coat the ribs well with sauce; bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Keep adding barbecue sauce until all is on meat.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Main dish, Oven.
