Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- flaky biscuits - 1 can
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
How to make barbecue cups:
Saute ground beef until brown; drain fat. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and sugar. Press each biscuit in greased muffin pan. Spoon in meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° about 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
