Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar
- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 3/4 c
- can flaky biscuits - 1 oz
How to make barbecue cups:
Saute ground beef until brown. Drain fat. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and sugar. Press each biscuit in greased muffin pan, spoon in meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° about 12 minutes.A treat for children.
