Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- can refrigerator biscuits - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 3/4 c
How to make barbecue cups:
Brown ground beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar; set aside. Separate biscuits and squash them into a muffin pan. Spoon mixture into each. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
