- brown sugar
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can refrigerator biscuits - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
How to make barbecue cups:
Brown the meat in a frying pan until crumbly. Drain the grease. Stir in the barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Grease a muffin pan with shortening. Press each biscuit into a cup in the muffin pan (you can stretch a 10 biscuit can to fill 12 muffin cups). Spoon the meat mixture into the biscuit cups and sprinkle with grated cheese.
