Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- onions, sliced - 4 item
- boneless chuck or rump roast - 3 4
- Lipton onion soup mix I use the entire pkg - 1/2 pkg
How to make barbecue beef:
Trim fat off meat. Place in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan. Cover the roast with all the ingredients. Cover pan with foil. Bake 4 hours at 325°.When ready to serve, break meat apart. Mix well. Serve on hamburger buns. Serves 12.
