Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • bottle catsup - 1 oz
  • chuck roast - 4 lb
  • bottle water - 1/2 oz

How to make barbecue beef:

Put meat in pan. Cover with all ingredients. Cover pan with lid and bake at 325° for 3 to 4 hours. Stir sauce halfway through cooking time.

When meat is falling off the bone, take out meat and trim off fat and bone. Shred meat and put back in sauce. Mix thoroughly.
