  • water - 1 c
  • frozen orange juice concentrate - 6 oz
  • plain yogurt - 1 c
  • instant nonfat dry milk - 1/2 c
  • large bananas, cut up - 2 item

How to make banana push-ups:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and whirl until foamy, pour into paper cups and freeze. Push up from the bottom of the cup.
