Banana and pineapple cake



  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • slightly beaten eggs - 3 item
  • mashed ripened bananas - 2 c
  • Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients

How to make banana and pineapple cake:

In mixing bowl, thoroughly stir together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Combine egg, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple and vanilla. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour the batter into the greased and floured fluted tube pan (Bundt pan). Bake at 350° for 65 to 70 minutes. Cool on rack. Put homemade vanilla frosting or Cream Cheese Frosting on it.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 small pkg. softened cream cheese2 Tbsp. butter confectioners sugar Blend the cream cheese and butter together. Add enough confectioners sugar to make it the right spreading consistency.
