  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • nuts optional
  • large ripe bananas, mashed - 3 item

How to make banana nut bread:

Cream sugar, butter, eggs and bananas together. Add flour, salt, soda, vanilla, cinnamon and nuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 325° to 350° for about 1 hour or until cakes springs back when touched.
