Banana dumplings
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 qt
- all-purpose flour - 6 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon
- stick margarine or butter - 1/4 item
- ripe bananas - 4 item
- biscuits - 8 item
How to make banana dumplings:
Use sufficient flour to roll out biscuits thin. Place 1/2 sliced banana on each biscuit. Combine cinnamon/sugar and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of mix and small slice of margarine on banana. Fold over edges of biscuits, pinching to seal. Place on a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Pour milk over and around biscuits. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture, flour and margarine over biscuits and milk. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes.
