  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1 qt
  • all-purpose flour - 6 Tbsp
  • ground cinnamon
  • stick margarine or butter - 1/4 item
  • ripe bananas - 4 item
  • biscuits - 8 item

How to make banana dumplings:

Use sufficient flour to roll out biscuits thin. Place 1/2 sliced banana on each biscuit. Combine cinnamon/sugar and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of mix and small slice of margarine on banana. Fold over edges of biscuits, pinching to seal. Place on a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Pour milk over and around biscuits. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture, flour and margarine over biscuits and milk. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes. Sliced apples or grated coconut can be substituted for bananas.
