  • sake - 1/4 c
  • 1/2-inches small ginger, crushed - 1 item

How to make baked teriyaki chicken:

Marinade:2/3 c. soy sauce6 Tbsp. sugar1/4 c. sake2 cloves garlic, crushed1 1/2-inches small ginger, crushed1 Tbsp. salad oil Marinate chicken pieces overnight. Place chicken in a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn occasionally for even browning.
