Baked stuffed tomatoes
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- dried bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- tomatoes - 6 item
- cooked, crumbled bacon - 1/4 c
How to make baked stuffed tomatoes:
Remove stem ends from tomatoes. Remove pulp from each tomato, leaving shell. Mash tomato pulp. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Fill tomato shell with mixture; place in ungreased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsleyRecipe categories: Vegetables, Tomato, Rice.
