Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1/2 pkg
- can pink salmon - 1 item
How to make baked salmon patties:
On a large double thickness square of foil, place a 1/4 pound hamburger patty. Surround with potatoes, carrots and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a pat of butter if desired. Fold foil and seal ends. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Make 1 package for each person.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Salmon.
