Baked salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- mustard - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sliced hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
- fresh bread crumbs - 2 c
- milk or light cream - 1 c
- can red salmon - 1 lb
- fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp - 2 Tbsp
- Grease loaf pan
How to make baked salmon loaf:
Heat oven to 375°. Grease loaf pan. Mix all ingredients. Lightly put mixture in greased loaf pan. Smooth top. May sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake 40 minutes.Egg Sauce (Optional):1/4 c. butter, melted2 tsp. flour salt and pepper dash of paprika2 tsp. mustard1 c. milk or light cream2 sliced hard-boiled eggs Mix all in saucepan over low heat.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
