Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- cooked white rice - 3 c
How to make baked rice:
Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan. Set aside. In large bowl, whip eggs and sugar until frothy. Add rice, stir gently. Add milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix. Pour into pan. Top lightly with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
