Ingredients/Components
- uncooked instant rice - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- cinnamon-sugar mixture - 2 Tbsp
How to make baked rice:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook rice according to package instructions. In large ovenproof dish, beat eggs. Whisk in vanilla, salt, sugar and milk. Add cooked rice. Place dish in larger ovenproof pan filled with 2 inches water. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over rice. Bake 30 more minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
