Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- flour, sifted - 2 c
- apples, peeled and diced - 4 c
- Add eggs and beat
How to make fresh apple cake:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° approximately 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.Icing:1 c. dark brown sugar1/2 c. butter1/4 c. milk1 c. shredded coconut1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan.
