- flour - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 item
- maple syrup
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- tenderloin - 4 lb
- dash of each: salt, pepper and garlic powder - 1 item
How to make baked pork tenderloin:
Sauce:1/2 c. maple syrup1/2 c. catsup1/2 c. water1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce dash of each: salt, pepper and garlic powder Roll meat in flour. Brown in oil. Mix sauce. Place tenderloin on large piece of foil, folding edges up. Pour sauce over meat. Seal foil well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes per pound. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Pork loins.
