Baked mustard chicken
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- spicy brown mustard - 1/4 c
- chicken breast halves, skinned - 4 item
- water or white wine - 2 Tbsp
- Italian-flavored breadcrumbs - 1/2 c
How to make baked mustard chicken:
Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.Combine butter, lemon juice and water or wine; drizzle 1 tablespoon of mixture over each piece of chicken. Pour remainder in dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 15 minutes.
