  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • spicy brown mustard - 1/4 c
  • chicken breast halves, skinned - 4 item
  • water or white wine - 2 Tbsp
  • Italian flavored bread crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make baked mustard chicken:

Brush chicken with mustard and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice and water and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle with paprika and bake another 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
