Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chives - 1 item
- Idaho potatoes - 6 item
How to make double baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done. Cut in half or slice off piece of skin on potatoes. Scoop out potatoes from skins. Put in large bowl and beat, adding milk, butter, sour cream, salt and chives. You may use more or less milk, butter and sour cream according to your taste. Spoon back into each potato skin. Bake again until heated through. Can be made ahead and stored until ready to use.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pork, Bacon.
