Baked macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- macaroni, cooked - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, cubed - 8 oz
How to make baked macaroni and cheese:
Combine macaroni, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cheese in a bowl. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until set. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
