Ingredients/Components
- skim milk - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 12 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- picante sauce - 8 oz
- ground beef, browned and drained - 1 lb
- tortillas, cut in 4-inch strips - 12 item
How to make baked enchiladas:
Heat oven to 325°. Cook meat and onion together. Combine soups, milk, picante and 1/2 of cheese. Prepare large casserole pan. Begin layering the pan with tortillas, then meat mixture, then sauce mix. Repeat until you have 2 or 3 layers. Top with cheese. Bake for 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Main dish.
