Ingredients/Components

  • water - 2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • Minute rice
  • chicken pieces - 1 pkg
  • Lipton onion soup - 1/2 pkg

How to make no peek chicken:

Put rice in bottom of roasting pan. Mix together cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups with the water and pour over rice. Layer chicken pieces on top and the onion soup sprinkled on top of the chicken. Cover tightly and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Remove cover and continue baking for 30 more minutes.
