Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- chicken breasts - 3 item
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
- regular rice - 1 c
- instant onion flakes - 1 tsp
- coarse pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Stir in rice, onion flakes, soup and water. Arrange chicken over top of mixture. Sprinkle with coarse black pepper. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
