Ingredients/Components
- medium white sauce - 2 c
- grated American cheese - 1 c
- grated Longhorn cheese - 1 c
- corn flake or cracker crumbs - 1/4 c
- head medium cabbage - 1 item
How to make baked cabbage:
Cut the cabbage coarsely. Cook in a small amount of salted water until tender. Drain. Grease a large baking dish. Alternate a layer of cabbage, then a layer of the cheese, and then a layer of the white sauce. Top all of the casserole with the mixed cheese and the crumbs.
