- parsley - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
- white wine optional - 1/2 c
- butter plus 1 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- large or 2 small fillets - 1 item
How to make baked bluefish:
Garlic and wine take away the strong fish taste. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in shallow baking dish. Place fillets sprinkled with chopped garlic, parsley, pepper and lemon juice. Cover with seasoned bread crumbs and pour 1/4 cup melted butter over it. Wine may be added before crumbs, if desired.
