Zesty meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- pepper - 3/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3/4 c
- chili powder
- soft bread crumbs
- cans tomato sauce - 3 oz
- ground chuck - 3 lb
- fresh chopped parsley - 1 item
- medium onions, finely chopped - 3 item
How to make zesty meatballs:
Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cook meatballs in hot oil until lightly browned. Drain. Place meatballs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
