  • granulated sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • raspberry or strawberry jam - 1 item
  • round layer cake bottom - 1 item

How to make baked alaska:

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in sugar. Place layer cake bottom on an ovenproof plate. Spread jam evenly over bottom. Cover with ice cream. Immediately spread meringue evenly over top. Meringue should cover ice cream complet
