  • Crisco shortening, melted - 1/4 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 3 (8
  • can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • mini chocolate chips - 1 c
  • flour - 1 tsp

How to make chocolate chip cheese cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Oreo crumbs and shortening. Press into bottom of 9-inch pie pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chips into flour to coat.
