Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- ketchup
- bacon - 1 pkg
- cans whole water chestnuts - 2 item
How to make bacon wrapped chestnuts:
Cut bacon in half and wrap each chestnut. Secure with a toothpick. Bake 1 hour at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place chestnuts in an ovensafe dish (but the one you want to serve them in). Mix ketchup, sugar and soy sauce and pour over chestnuts. Make sure they're all coated. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. Great crowd pleaser!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Bacon.
