Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- bacon - 1 lb
- cans whole water chestnuts - 2 item
How to make bacon wrapped water chestnuts:
Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap bacon around water chestnuts; secure with a toothpick. For easy clean-up, bake on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes. Mix ketchup, sugar and soy sauce; dip water chestnuts in sauce. Bake another 20 minutes at 350°.
