Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- melted oleo or butter - 1/2 c
How to make sweet potato delight:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1-quart baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Top with marshmallows and lightly brown. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Yam/sweet potato.
