Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- celery seed - 3/4 tsp
- few drops Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- onion, grated - 1 tsp
- parsley, minced - 3 Tbsp
- sieved avocado - 3/4 c
How to make avocado dip:
Cut avocado into halves; remove seed and skin. Sieve by forcing fruit through. Rub bowl with garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado with other ingredients; blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
