- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- butter or oleo - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- potatoes, parboiled - 5 lb
How to make au gratin potatoes:
In saucepan melt butter or oleo and gradually add and blend in flour. Add milk gradually and then add cubed cheese. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
