Crescent chicken squares
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can crescent rolls - 1 oz
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- chopped pimiento - 1 Tbsp
- whole chicken, cut up - 1 item
How to make crescent chicken squares:
Boil chicken until done; remove chicken from the bone and shred pieces. In medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter. Add milk, salt, pepper and pimiento. Add chicken; mix well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top of mixture; twist and seal edges. Brush top with reserved 1 tablespoon butter. Bake on cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
