Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 oz
- crackers, crumbled - 10 item
- can asparagus - 1 to
- eggs, boiled and chopped - 2 item
- leftover peas or lima beans - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Put ingredients in layers: peas or lima beans (optional), 1/3 can mushroom soup, 1/2 can asparagus, 1 egg, 1/3 can mushroom soup, repeat asparagus, egg and mushroom soup. Mix cheese, crackers and melted margarine in bowl. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
