Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- broccoli, frozen or fresh cooked - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli bake:
Mix broccoli, soup, mayonnaise and onion. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed Ritz crackers or saltines. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Holiday, Vegetables, Broccoli.
