Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/4 lb
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- hard cooked eggs - 4 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- regular can asparagus - 1 item
- to 1/2 can liquid from asparagus - 1/4 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Put crackers on bottom; add 1/2 of the asparagus, 1/2 the egg sliced, 1/2 grated cheese and 1/2 of the mixed soup and liquid. Repeat. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
