- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- jar pickled artichoke hearts - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Dice artichokes very fine. Mix mayonnaise and cheese with artichokes thoroughly. Put in small casserole and bake at 350° until brown and bubbly. Serve with Ritz or Town House crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
