  • mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened
  • braunschweiger - 8 oz

How to make braunschweiger ball:

Frosting:4 oz. cream cheese, softened milk1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce To Make Ball: Mash braunschweiger with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, basil and onion. Form into a ball. Frost with cream cheese as directed.

Soften the cream cheese with a little milk flavored with Tabasco sauce. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
