- mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
- cream cheese, softened
- braunschweiger - 8 oz
How to make braunschweiger ball:
Frosting:4 oz. cream cheese, softened milk1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce To Make Ball: Mash braunschweiger with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, basil and onion. Form into a ball. Frost with cream cheese as directed.Soften the cream cheese with a little milk flavored with Tabasco sauce. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
