Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- mayo - 1/4 c
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
- diced green chiles - 4 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese reserve 1/4 c - 3/4 c
How to make artichoke dip:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes (should be slightly browned around the edges). Serve with favorite crackers or chips. Great with Wheat Thins. May use "light" mayo and sour cream.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
